In-Person Studio Classes: If student cancels class or a class postponement is needed by either student or Charles Douglas Gilding Studio due to an event outside of the control of the Gilding Studio such as COVID-19, a full tuition credit, which does not expire and of same or equal value, will be provided for any available future class and any available location. Full tuition refund will be provided if instructor cancels class (student airfare not included; airfare insurance recommended).
Zoom! Online Classes: If student cancels class, a full tuition credit, of same or equal value, will be provided for any available future class. Credit does not expire.
Student will be offered as an option access to the links for the recordings of the missed classes or the recorded version of a previous class series of the same class. Six months unlimited access to view the recordings will be provided.
Full tuition refund will be available if instructor cancels class and if student declines offer of a rescheduled date or six months unlimited access to the recording links of a previous class.
